Crunchy muesli with flakes & Berry Parfait

Serves 4

4 cups plain yoghurt

2 tablespoons runny honey, optional

½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract

2 cups crunchy muesli with flakes

2 cups fresh berries 


In a bowl, mix together yoghurt, honey and vanilla. Layer 4 glasses with yoghurt, crunchy muesli with flakes and fresh berries, serve immediately.
