Blueberry & Blackcurrant Breakfast Crumble

Serves 5-6


  • 50g butter, softened
  • 50g plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 150g Pure Delish Blueberry & Blackcurrant Immunity Breakfast Mix
  • 5 bareburn apples, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornflour, sifted
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • Greek yoghurt to serve


  1. Heat the oven to 180ºC and place the oven rack on the lower third of the oven.
  2. In a bowl, rub together the butter, flour and sugar. Add the Immunity Breakfast Mix and rub through, trying not to break up the cereal.
  3. Peel the apples, remove the core and chop the fruit into 3cm pieces. Place in an oven dish with the sugar, cornflour and cinnamon and toss to combine. Add the blueberries and stir through.
  4. Sprinkle over the crumble top and bake on the low third of the oven for 25-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbling around the edges.
  5. Serve with yoghurt.
